Rotations (List)

The Rotations page is available on the Appointments tab if the Rotations module is enabled for the event (in Settings > Options > Functional Areas needed by This Event). On this page you can see a list of the rotations set up in the event, and can choose to add, edit or delete one.

Before adding rotations, you would normally want to add the appointment templates and agenda items that you will add to the rotations. (See Appointments > Templates and Event Setup > Agenda.)

Rotation List

A list of the rotations in the event, with the following columns (which are explained in the separate Rotation Information topic).

To create a new rotation, click the Add New button. The Rotation List is replaced by the set of fields you enter for a template: Name, Description, Start and End Dates, etc. See the Rotation Information topic.
