the Certain Community! The mission of this online community is to provide
easily accessible peer-to-peer resources and support to users of Certain
Software products.
Membership in
the Certain Community is currently limited to customers of Certain Software. We
ask that members observe the following community rules:
1.
Show respect for other members: Respect people’s time and attention by
asking well thought-out questions and sharing what you have learned so far in
your experimentation, troubleshooting, or research.
2.
Stay on topic: Make sure your contributions enhance
the discussion and the mission of the community and are relevant to the topic
to which you are responding. If you have a new question, start a new thread
rather than adding it to an existing one.
3.
No soliciting: The Certain Community is not a sales
or marketing forum. If you feel that a community member could benefit from your
products and services, it’s ok to ask other members if you can private message
them, but posts that are advertisements are prohibited.
4.
Protect privacy: Don’t share anything about yourself
or your organization that you would not want to see forwarded to others. Share
your business email if you wish, but do not post personal information, whether
yours or someone else’s, including content or contact information you receive
through one-to-one communications, without the author’s consent.
5.
Use what you read with caution: While you will find useful advice from
users and Certain employees on the Certain Community, please remember that your
situation may differ from that of members who post solutions to problems. Some
of the advice you receive may even be wrong. Apply the same judgment to
information you find here as you would to any information you find on the Internet.

Certain Community, you are bound to the Terms of Use for the Certain Community. We

A note about Certain employee
participation
You will notice that some Community members are Certain employees. Like you, they are members of the community around Certain’s products, and are encouraged to share their knowledge and opinions in the forums. Keep in mind, though, that the Certain Community is first and foremost a peer-to-peer community and is not intended as a direct support channel, so if you have specific questions for Certain, please be sure to contact our Product Support desk or your Sales contact, depending on whether your question relates to pre- or post-sales matters. They will be happy to help you.
