Last night, I had the honor to join a few thousands invitees to celebrate the 6 winners of the 21st Goldman Environmental Prize. Our chairman, Douglas E. Goldman, delivered an inspiring keynote at the ceremony held at the San Francisco Opera House. The recipients were all fearless leaders who each embarked into a incredible journey to tackle environmental problems they care deeply about. Their stories are humbling, and their courage, strengths, and relentless energy make them.

We all want a better future for us and our children, but these leaders from different continents showed me that you can take your future in your own hands and have an impact on the world.  The mountain might seen too tall to climb, but don’t look up--  just start climbing.  If you want to get to the top you will find a way.
